Body Care
Scrubs, polish and massage in a private room — the part of the appointment where you stop looking at your phone.
Private treatment room
Pressure to your
preference.
The most common complaint about a massage is that it was too light to do anything, or firm enough to be unpleasant. Both are avoidable. We check pressure at the start and again a few minutes in, and you can ask us to change it at any point.
Our body treatments are for relaxation and skin condition rather than injury rehabilitation — if you are dealing with a specific medical issue, see a physiotherapist or your doctor first.
- SkinScrub, polish and bleach for texture, tone and softness.
- RelaxFull body, back and foot massage in 30 or 60 minutes.
- Pair itBook alongside a facial or a wax and we will sequence it properly.
Scrub, polish or bleach
Three treatments people often mix up. Here is what each one actually does.
Body scrub
A granular exfoliation that lifts dead skin and leaves the surface smooth. The one to book if your skin feels rough or looks dull.
ExfoliatesBody polish
Exfoliation plus a nourishing mask and massage. It goes further than a scrub — the choice before an event or a holiday.
Exfoliates + hydratesBody bleach
Lightens the look of fine body hair so it is far less visible, without removing it. A gentler option than waxing for some areas.

Before you book
Nothing in particular — everything you need is provided, and you will be covered with towels throughout with only the area being worked on exposed. Loose clothing is more comfortable afterwards, especially after a scrub or polish.
Say so — at any point, as many times as you like. We would far rather adjust than have you lie there being polite for an hour. There is no such thing as the correct pressure, only the one that suits you.
Not on the same day as waxing — freshly waxed skin is too sensitive to exfoliate. A scrub a couple of days beforehand is ideal, and gentle exfoliation a few days afterwards helps prevent ingrown hairs.
Please check with your doctor or midwife first, and tell us when you book how far along you are. Depending on their advice we may adjust the treatment or suggest waiting — we would rather be cautious than accommodating here.
No — our massages are for relaxation and general tension. If you have an injury, persistent pain or a diagnosed condition, a physiotherapist or your doctor is the right person to see, and worth doing before booking here.
