Facial & Skin Care
Dermalogica protocols and signature facials, chosen after we look at your skin — not picked from a poster on the wall.
Skin is a course,
not a single visit.
One facial will leave you glowing for the evening. Changing pigmentation, texture or breakouts takes a plan — the right protocol, repeated at the right spacing, supported by what you use at home.
So we start by looking at your skin properly and asking what you have already tried. Then we recommend the treatment that fits, and tell you honestly how many sessions it is likely to take.
- ProfessionalDermalogica protocols for acne, pigmentation, ageing and sensitivity.

Concerns we treat
Not sure which facial fits? Tell us the concern and we will match the treatment.
We are a beauty lounge, not a medical clinic. For diagnosed skin conditions, or if you are on prescription treatments such as retinoids or isotretinoin, please check with your doctor first and let us know when you book.

Before you book
Start with the concern rather than the name. Breakouts point to MediBac, dark spots to PowerBright, redness to UltraCalming, and a flat complexion before an event to Hydrafacial. If you are unsure, message us and we will pick with you.
For general maintenance, most people come every four to six weeks — roughly one skin cycle. Treating a specific concern usually needs a shorter gap for the first few sessions. We will set the spacing for your skin at the consultation.
Light facials leave nothing visible. Treatments with extractions or stronger actives can leave some pinkness that settles within a few hours. If you have an event, book two to three days ahead rather than the same day.
For about 48 hours: strong actives such as retinol and acids, scrubs, saunas and direct sun without protection. Sunscreen matters most — especially after any brightening or pigmentation treatment.
Often yes, with the right choice of treatment — but tell us when you book so we can adjust the protocol and patch test first. If you are pregnant or on prescription skin medication, please check with your doctor as well.
