Colour is chemistry, and every head of hair reacts differently. Before we mix anything we look at what your hair has already been through — box colour, heat, previous lightening — and take a strand test where it matters.
If a look will not sit well on your hair, we will say so and offer you the closest thing that will. That conversation is included in every appointment.

It depends on your hair type, how often you wash it and the products you use at home. Sulphate-free shampoo makes the biggest difference. We will give you a realistic timeline for your hair at the consultation.
Yes. Send us photos of your current colour and what you are aiming for before booking — corrections often need a longer slot, and sometimes more than one session to get there without damaging the hair.
Longer and denser hair needs more product and more time. The listed figure is the starting price; your exact price is confirmed at the consultation, before any product is opened.
Yes — ammonia-free root colour is on the menu and is a good choice if your scalp is sensitive or you colour frequently. Tell us when you book so we can plan the timing.
For colour, come with day-old hair — the natural oils protect your scalp. For a cut or blowdry it does not matter, we wash it here anyway.
